Years ago, I worked for a swimming pool company in the
capacity of Project Manager and found myself and my
clients more and more frustrated based on the fact that all
decisions relating to my projects came from the owner. My
hands were tied and I couldn't get things done.
The important issues were: a) build or remodel based on
the homeowners wants & needs, b) have a completion
schedule and adhere to it without downtime, c) have
someone familiar with the project and manage it and d)
involve and include the client in ALL aspects of the job.
I founded Left Coast Pool Concepts, Inc. based on integrity.
I believe that the client CAN have it all: a competitive or
low price, a project that is completed in a timely fashion,
high quality, a project manager who is familiar with the job
(this is why I personally manager ALL my jobs) and the
understanding of what my clients want and expect.
