Left Coast Pool Concepts, Inc.
Debbie & Chris Simmons of La Quinta hired LCPC on 03-19-2007 to oversee
& manage their new swimming pool project. We designed the pool,
submitted to the HOA for approval and received our city construction permit
within 10 days. On 4-3, we laid out the pool in the backyard and had the
entire pool excavated by that evening. The following morning, on 4-4, we
installed the steel reinforcement and completely plumbed the pool that same
afternoon. I called the project in for a pre-gunite inspection which passed
100% on 4-5. Gunite was shot & completed on 4-9 and the equipment and
electrical was connected on 4-10. On 4-11, Mrs. Simmons & I went to select
pool tile & grout. On 4-12, we began the grading of the yard & setting the
forms for the deck. This continued through 4-13 and the deck was poured,
scored and salt finished on Saturday, 4-14. On 4-17, the tile was installed and
the pre-plaster inspection passed on 4-20. The pool was plastered on 4-25
and filled with water. The start-up service began on 4-26.
